SOURCE

Microfluidics provides a meaningful method to recapitulate fluid flows found in vivo for more accurate 2D, 2.5D, and 2D cell culturing. In this model, we utilize a commercially available microfluidic chip from ibidi and print an organoid supporting structure into the chip. The model may be used with hard acrylate materials (IP resins from Nanoscribe) or soft biomaterials.

For in-chip printing into the ibidi µ-Slide Spheroid Perfusion, we recommend printing with the Large Feature Print Set (10x objective). The model is approximately 800µm in diameter and 400µm tall.
